• For Canadian buyers, you can email money if you use one of the Big 5 banks (BMO, CIBC, TD, RBC, Scotiabank) for online banking. It's fast and secure. Just login your banking account and select email money and sent payment to order@neo-imaging.net
• We also accept personal cheque, please send email to us first.

Here is what you need to do:

1. Download and install the nEO iMAGING and make sure the functions meet your requirement.
2. Make you payment by clicking one of above payment buttons suitable for your situation.  
3. Send email to order@neo-imaging.net and provide following information:

• Machine code: open nEO iMAGING, click Help/Resister , you will see the following screen. Click Copy,  then paste it into your email.

• Your Register name
• Your payment reference # from the payment transaction.

Typically you will receive your register code in next business day. Just Copy/Paste Register Name and Register Code into above window and click "Register".

Important!!!: If you don't receive your machine code in next business day:

• Please check your Junk mail folder. It happened in the past for several cases especially for customers using Yahoo mail. If it's not there,

• Login to the support forum and send a private message to Dave. Usually you need provide an alternative email.

After the payment:

• You will be entitled for free minor upgrade until major revision.

• Free major revision within 1 year.

• Free support for register code for your PC hardware change. *

• If major revision released after one year, you only need pay half price to upgrade.

Refund Policy:

All purchases are final. To avoid the hassle, please download the software for evaluation. The unregistered version is fully functional except:

• The remind of registration will pop up from time to time.
• When you save file, the software will count down for 10 seconds before each save.
• On the saved file, nEO iMAGING web address shows somewhere on the photo.
